シニアアナリスト/ Senior Analyst

A global clinical diagnostics company is looking for a Senior Analyst - FP&A and Accounting. The selected candidate will handle all financial planning, accounting, compliance, and local statutory reporting activities. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead FP&A activities
• Lead process improvement (outsourcing, automation, etc.)
• Work on the overall accounting function, including general ledger journal entries
• Manage monthly/quarterly/annual close and financial reporting
• Handle Tax reporting with guidance from HQ and collaboration with local Tax advisory
• Manage and support internal audit, SOX audit, and balance sheet review and develop countermeasures
• Perform ad-hoc analysis based on requests from other functions
• Streamline existing processes and increase the value-added activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 7 years of experience in the Finance or Accounting Department in a multi-national company
• Experience in TAX filing, Transfer Price adjustment for an international environment
• Advanced level accounting
• Native level Japanese; basic level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Working experience in a medical device company which deals with medical HW and lease accounting
• CPA qualification
