FP&Aリード/ FP&A Lead

A global workplace solutions company is seeking an FP&A Lead. The selected candidate will lead business planning, performance analysis, and cross-functional financial projects to support strategic decision-making. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate business plans and track KPIs to achieve profit targets
• Provide timely reports and analysis to support management decision-making
• Coordinate budgeting and manage the PDCA cycle across departments
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
• Build financial models, including sensitivity and ROI analysis
• Support strategic projects such as new business validation and internal planning

Requirements:

• Practical experience in management-level reporting and communication
• Prior experience leading cross-functional projects and acting as PMO
• Hands-on knowledge of management accounting and FP&A
• Skilled in building and executing financial models
• Capable of analysing market and customer data to shape strategies
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Professional level Japanese and English
