FP&Aマネージャー/ FP&A Manager

An international action sports and lifestyle company is seeking an F&A Manager. The selected candidate will drive budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis while supporting key projects such as ERP implementation and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for internal partners
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and P&L processes with the development of supporting tools
• Perform regular reporting to stakeholders, including board materials preparation
• Ensure data quality and enhance reporting processes utilising Power BI
• Manage inventory and analyse profitability by pricing, discount, and product mix
• Lead FP&A projects and support cross-functional communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• More than 5 years of FP&A, accounting, or finance experience involving inventory management
• Practical experience in managing teams
• Hands-on experience in retail or wholesale industries is ideal
• Prior ERP implementation experience is a plus
• Skilled in Excel and Microsoft Power Platform
• Interest in sports/apparel (Surfing/Snowboarding is a plus)
• Possess a valid CPA or Bookkeeping grade 1st or equivalent
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
