A global medical devices company is looking for a Principal Financial P&A professional. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business growth and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Division GM and senior leaders to drive strategy and monitor execution
• Develop action plans with the Division to meet business and financial targets
• Lead financial planning cycles, including monthly forecasts, annual plans, and strategic plans
• Provide periodic business reports and insightful variance analysis
• Investigate and explain financial discrepancies to ensure accurate reporting
• Drive process improvements across business and financial operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• More than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid MBA or CPA qualification preferred
• Ability to build strong business partnerships and communicate effectively
• Fluent level Japanese and English
