FP&Aアナリスト/ FP&A Analyst

A global electronic technology solutions company is looking for an FP&A Analyst. The selected candidate will manage financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting while driving continuous improvement in processes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing for JASEAN regions, including variance analysis and timely report submission
• Partner with other functions to collect and analyse information for monthly forecasts
• Support annual budgeting and recosting processes
• Analyse data on sales, margins, operating expenses, and conduct ad-hoc analyses
• Identify performance gaps and propose corrective actions
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
• Support internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or Finance
• Hands-on experience in finance or accounting fields
• Prior experience in processing large data and data analysis
• Previous SAP experience is ideal
• Experience in multicultural environments or MNCs is desired
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Possess valid financial certifications are a plus
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
