プロジェクト財務アナリスト/ Project Financial Analyst

An international entertainment company is looking for a Project Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will manage project financials, including cost reporting, forecasting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly project cost reporting and present updates to management
• Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries and accrual reports in SAP
• Forecast cash flow and analyse variances between projections and actuals
• Maintain consistency between PMWeb project tracking and SAP systems
• Review and approve contracts, purchase requisitions, and vendor invoices
• Resolve vendor payment issues and support bid review and cost comparisons
• Enhance reporting efficiency through automation
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and EHS compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
• Experience in data analysis
• Prior experience in construction or project finance is preferred
• Proficient in Excel (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-changing environment
• Proficient in SAP
• Native level Japanese; advanced level English
