製造財務アナリスト/ Manufacturing Finance Analyst

A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Analyst. The selected candidate will support manufacturing cost analysis, drive financial performance, and partner with operations to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present financial performance results, including monthly plant walks and weekly/monthly forecasts
• Support operations leadership to enhance plant performance and profitability
• Provide accounting guidance based on US GAAP to the operations team
• Collaborate with controllership to ensure accurate financial records and policy compliance
• Lead standard costing, fixed asset, and inventory accounting during monthly closing
• Support Variable Cost Productivity initiatives with the operations team
• Assist the engineering team in optimising CAPEX processes

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in industrial finance or manufacturing
• Experience in accounting and financial analysis
• Proficient in analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
