管理請求コーディネーター/ Admin Billing Coordinator
A renowned luxury logistics company is seeking an Admin Billing Coordinator. The selected candidate will support billing operations, office administration, and inter-company coordination. This is a temp to perm contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Issue client invoices and follow up on payment status
- Support inter-company cost allocation and global office coordination
- Liaise with external vendors for office maintenance and services
- Manage office supplies, mail distribution, and facility needs
- Provide general administrative support to maintain daily operations
- Assist in international exhibitions and events, collaborating with other teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 1-2 years of professional experience
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Bilingual level English and Japanese (JLPT N2+)
