AP担当会計士/ AP Accountant

A global automotive manufacturing company is looking for an Interim AP Accountant. The selected candidate will support financial reporting, accounts payable closing activities, budgeting processes, and management reporting in a fast-paced contract environment. This is a haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly managerial reports including expense forecasts, income statements, performance charts, and cash flow forecasts
• Coordinate development of 5-year business plans including budgeting, staffing costs, and financial performance reporting
• Process vendor invoices and perform bookkeeping activities in SAP systems
• Support monthly Accounts Payable closing including intercompany reconciliations and adjustments
• Perform month-end expense reviews and accrual postings
• Complete general ledger adjustments and other closing transactions
• Prepare account reconciliations and follow up on required adjustments
• Support data analysis and reporting for accurate and timely financial submissions
• Collaborate with internal teams and US headquarters finance functions to ensure reporting alignment
• Contribute to process improvement and reporting efficiency initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and financial reporting
• Experience with SAP and BPC systems
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
• Fluent level English

Preferred requirements:

• Master’s degree
• Possess a valid CPA, ACCA, or CMA qualification
