AP担当会計士 / AP Accountant

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for an AP Accountant. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end accounts payable operations, employee expense processing, and drive process improvements across finance functions.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and post accurately to appropriate accounts
• Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accuracy
• Execute timely payments and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Handle intercompany AP/AR settlements and support audit requirements
• Review, process, and reimburse employee expense claims while ensuring policy compliance
• Drive process improvements, support system enhancements, and manage stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, or a related field
• More than 5 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with bank portals and payment processing
• Prior experience with AP controls and compliance
• Proven experience with accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar
• Understanding of accounting standards (JGAAP, IFRS) and Japanese tax regulations
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English
