APアカウンタント/ AP Accountant

A multinational telecommunications company is looking for an AP (Junior, Senior, Manager level). The selected candidate will handle invoice processing, payment management, expense reporting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring proper authorisation and matching
• Manage payment processing, including scheduling and recording transactions
• Review and process employee expense reports in compliance with company policies
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliations
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation for audits and internal controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or a relevant domain is ideal
• 3-8 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar domain
• Experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
• Professional level Japanese and English
