プラントコントローリングスペシャリスト/ Plant Controlling Specialist

An international food and beverage company is seeking a Plant Controller Specialist. The successful candidate will support financial controlling activities, including forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, and compliance, while driving data accuracy and performance transparency. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast, monitor, and report plant performance in collaboration with the Operations team
• Lead financial control and accounting activities through alignment with cross-functional teams
• Support forecasting of cost of goods sold together with Plant Controller and Finance
• Develop and maintain accurate and user-friendly cost of goods sold dashboards
• Contribute to internal control processes and drive compliance initiatives including inventory and fixed asset monitoring
• Handle ad hoc requests to improve transparency and accuracy of cost reporting and support factory performance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in factory cost accounting
• Experience in monitoring and visualisation of factory performance
• Financial planning and forecasting experience
• Experience in capital expenditure and fixed asset management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Advanced SAP skills
• Experience with MS Power BI
• Professional level Japanese; advanced level English
