財務コントローラー/ Financial Controller

A global automotive company is looking for a Financial Controller – International Customer Service. The selected candidate will oversee planning and reporting, drive financial alignment across regions, and support international operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning and reporting activities across international markets
• Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to shape strategic decisions
• Manage pricing, discounting, and approval coordination with Regional Offices
• Support post-merger financial process integration and transition
• Collaborate with international sales finance teams and regional stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in finance, management accounting, planning and reporting
• Prior experience with Power BI and SAP is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Business level English; proficient in English
