JVコントロールアシスタントマネージャー/ JV Control Assistant Manager

An international beverage company seeking an Assistant Manager, JV Control. This role involves leading business case analysis, managing joint venture performance, and overseeing strategic projects. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project business cases and manage multiple projects
• Oversee ad-hoc projects, business divestitures, and IT/process reengineering initiatives
• Drive JV performance, FP&A functionality, and establish performance management frameworks
• Serve as a business partner and controller for division heads, ensuring profitability and cost-saving initiatives
• Manage budgets, contracts, and board materials related to JV and IT governance
• Identify new business opportunities and support Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Commerce, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in FP&A and management accounting
• Practical experience in audit or accounting advisory from consulting firms or Big 4 is a plus
• Prior IT/ERP/SAP experience preferred
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing is desired
• Strong analytical and change management skills
• Professional level Japanese and English
