ジュニアコントローラー/ Junior Controller

A foreign electrochemical solutions provider is looking for a Junior Controller. The chosen applicant will support various financial processes including month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare internal reporting packages including performance indicator analysis

• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly financials
• Provide consistent financial reports
• Assist in the preparation of Budget, Forecast and Business Plan working papers
• Review actual costs compared with previous year and budget and forecast, understand variances and make recommendations
• Support Accounting team for tasks requiring analysis skills
• Monitor and report on Project Cash flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, cost, or business administration
• 1-2 years of experience in finance controlling or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in SAP is desirable
• Experience in a manufacturing environment in a multinational group
• Prior experience in cost calculation and cost analysis is advantageous
• Advanced level MS Office, especially Excel
• Background in AFO, Power BI, and Analysis is a plus
• Business level written and verbal English and Japanese (JLPT N2+) is preferred
