ファンドオペレーションズリードアナリスト/ Fund Operations Lead Analyst

A renowned investment management company is looking for a Fund Operations Lead Analyst/Fund Accounting. The selected candidate will oversee daily NAV accuracy, fund operations, regulatory reporting, audits, and operational controls. This is a long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Review daily net asset calculations and fund pricing accuracy
• Authorise daily NAV reports from outsourced service providers
• Monitor fund cash balances and coordinate overdraft prevention actions
• Oversee regulatory reports, fund audits, QI/FATCA, and holiday calendar administration
• Manage operational setup for fund launches, closures, and distributor changes
• Improve fund operations procedures, pricing review practices, and dividend administration

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in this role within the field of fund operations (fund accounting, subscriptions/redemptions, regulatory reports, etc.) in Asset Management company, Trust Banks or the outsourced service provider
• Experiences in solving the NAV error and/or extraordinary matters
• Knowledge of local fund accounting
• Native level Japanese (proficient in reading and written English)
