シニア会計士/ Senior Accountant

A global technology organisation is seeking a Senior Accountant/Manager. The selected candidate will manage accounting operations, oversee monthly and yearly closings, supervise accounting staff, and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and tax regulations. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting books in ERP systems and ensure monthly and yearly closings
• Prepare and submit reports to the group using reporting tools
• Lead daily accounting activities and supervise two accountants
• Prepare tax filings and manage tax-related requirements
• Prepare budgets and forecasts for general administration accounts
• Support internal control activities
• Maintain supplier accounts and related records
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Support finance-related ad-hoc events and projects

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting including closing activities
• Knowledge of accounting principles including JGAAP, IFRS, and taxation
• Experience using ERP systems and MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in managing or supervising accounting staff
• Experience using Oracle ERP systems
