ファイナンスジェネラルマネージャー/ Finance General Manager

An international logistics company is looking for a Finance – General Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, lead the finance team, and manage key reporting, compliance, and planning activities across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for month-end closing including FLASH REPORT and comment file preparation
• Manage audit activities including credit audit processes
• Handle for budgeting and forecasting activities
• Be responsible for transfer pricing documentation work
• Manage tax return preparation and related compliance tasks
• Ensure effective communication with GBS via SAP HANA module and support SAP-related projects
• Monitor collections, overdue accounts, and credit limits in line with group policy
• Proactively identify and resolve team issues while providing administrative and financial support to management
• Communicate effectively with employees, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Respond to finance-related queries and support cross-functional coordination
• Handle sensitive and confidential financial information with professionalism

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
• Experience working in a global company environment
• Experience in month-end closing, audit work, budgeting, transfer pricing, and tax return processes
• PC skills including MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
• Experience in people management and team leadership
• Possess a valid accounting qualification equivalent to Japanese Bookkeeping Level 2+
• Fluent level Japanese and English (TOEIC 600+)

Preferred requirements:

• SAP ERP experience
