財務マネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will provide financial analysis and reporting, support budgeting and forecasting, and advise management on financial performance and accounting practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial support, advice, and management across key business areas or units
• Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments
• Prepare and analyse profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and accounting reports
• Recommend accounting treatments for assets, liabilities, and expenses based on financial analysis
• Create, verify, and validate journal entries and account reconciliations
• Develop and maintain cost centre structures and reporting frameworks
• Support revenue tracking processes including deferred revenue in line with accounting principles
• Contribute to budget formulation, maintenance, and variance analysis
• Close books and prepare income statements and financial reports
• Manage receipts and payment reporting processes
• Support regional finance leadership and oversee local operations
• Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and project outcomes
• Supervise project members and lead medium-sized projects

Requirements:

• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement preparation
• Ability to analyse market trends and contribute to business strategy development
• Proficiency in financial data management and reporting processes
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in English
