財務シニアマネージャー/ Senior Finance Manager

A global medical devices company is looking for a Senior Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial operations, drive planning and reporting, and partner with leadership to support business strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop finance team across FP&A and accounting functions
• Partner with senior leadership to align financial plans with business objectives
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local regulations
• Enhance financial systems and reporting processes for accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain internal controls and support SOX compliance initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above or accounting
• 7-10 years of financial accounting experience in a sizable MNC
• Experience as an equivalent finance leader with Japan commercial exposure
• Understanding in US GAAP and IFRS
• Familiarity in tax reporting, financial controls and financial analysis
• Knowledge with local accounting, tax and compliance reporting requirements in Japan
• Possess valid CA or CPA qualification
• Professional level Japanese and English
