会計士/ Accountant

A leading technology-driven company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will manage accounting operations, support financial reporting and audits, collaborate with overseas teams, and contribute to process improvements using digital tools.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting operations
• Oversee expense reimbursement and payment operations
• Support IFRS-based closing and consolidated accounting
• Assist with audit processes and J-SOX compliance
• Manage overseas subsidiaries including financial data collection, communication, and audit support
• Provide accounting support and communication for overseas offices
• Execute expense, payment, and documentation processes accurately and efficiently
• Improve accounting processes using AI tools and systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• More than 2 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in accounting operations such as journal entries, monthly closing, and payments
• Understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting fundamentals
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and responsibilities proactively
• Professional level Japanese; business level English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in a listed or pre-IPO company
• Experience in consolidation and disclosure
• Experience working with overseas teams
• Experience in process improvement, accounting systems, or AI tools
