ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned medical equipment manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will lead accounting operations, financial planning, and cross-functional reporting. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local and global policies
• Manage day-to-day transactions including tax, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
• Maintain proper documentation for all accounting processes
• Collaborate with global teams on planning, inventory, and analysis
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities
• Prepare financial statements and support audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 10 years of experience in accounting and finance
• Skilled with SAP R/3 or S/4Hana
• Understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Possess valid Nissho bookkeeping level 2+ certification
• Possess valid accounting certification (CPA, ACCA or similar) is preferred
• Native level written and verbal Japanese; proficient in written and verbal English
