ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A global medical technology firm is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning to support business growth and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, including pricing and market analysis
• Prepare monthly reports and internal financial documents in line with IFRS and local GAAP
• Manage daily financial operations, including accounting entries, reconciliations, and insurance
• Handle inventory and warranty provisions with ERP-based tracking
• Support cash flow management, tax planning, and financial advisory services as a business partner
• Lead budgeting and forecasting across departments
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agencies, and financial institutions for compliance
• Ensure timely tax filings and audit readiness
• Supervise and coach the finance team while improving ERP system usage
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting
• 8–10 years of relevant experience
• More than 5 years of experience in a management team
• Proven experience managing a small finance team
• Skilled in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong ERP ownership mindset and process improvement skills
• Possess a valid CPA qualification preferred
• Professional level Japanese and English
