ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned entertainment and retail company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance for Japan operations.

Responsibilities:

• Advise business teams on financial decisions and risk management
• Create monthly financial reports for headquarters and local teams
• Support annual budgeting and conduct variance analysis
• Oversee business settlements and account reconciliations
• Manage local tax filings and ensure compliance with Japan regulations
• Monitor and address financial regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, or a relevant domain
• More than 5 years of financial experience
• Knowledge of Japan financial and tax regulations and local compliance requirements
• Excellent financial analysis skills
• Possess valid CPA, ACCA, or other recognised financial certifications is a plus
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English
