An international pharmaceutical company is hiring a Senior BPA Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, drive digital finance transformation, and collaborate across functions for enterprise-wide growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning processes for the assigned scope in collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Monitor and analyse monthly financial performance in sales, costs, and headcount
• Drive productivity improvements within finance and broader business activities
• Champion AI-driven forecasting and enhance related processes in partnership with local and global teams
• Partner with local functions to implement portfolio prioritisation and new operating models
• Ensure local deployment and standardisation of global digital tools and financial processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and stakeholder management
• Experience with AI-driven forecasting and capital allocation
• Skilled in data visualisation, financial and management reporting, and process optimisation
• Ability to influence cross-functional and global stakeholders
• Professional level Japanese and English
