ファイナンスコントローラ/ Finance Controller

A renowned fruit production company is seeking a Finance Controller. The role involves managing financial reporting, budget analysis, and overseeing finance functions.

Responsibilities:

• Produce sales volume and revenue reports
• Prepare monthly cash flow and treasury reports
• Generate YTD financials monthly
• Submit quarterly PL reforecast
• Prepare next fiscal year's budget by mid-September
• Analyse budget vs actual results and trends
• Conduct ad hoc strategic analysis
• Collaborate to optimize cash flow and management
• Oversee finance functions and compliance
• Review costs for efficiencies and process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting and finance
• 5-10 years of experience in financial accounting, planning analysis, management control, business planning, cash flow, etc.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance
• Understanding of FP&A, treasury, and cash reforecasting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess valid accounting or finance-related certification is ideal
• Fluent level Japanese; business level English
