オペレーションズエグゼクティブ/ Operations Executive

A global health services company is looking for an Operations Executive. The selected candidate will oversee Japan-related authorisations, payments processing, and claims resolution to ensure accuracy and compliance with KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Process Japan authorisations and appointments accurately and within KPIs
• Manage Japan payment processing, including portal uploads and reimbursements
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve claims issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company standards and contractual requirements
• Monitor processing timelines to maintain service quality and accuracy
• Support providers and beneficiaries with claims-related concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
• Experience demonstrating Customer Service Skills in the private sector
• Prior claims/billing experience
• Proven experience in claims and billing in a small to medium size organisation (healthcare of financial sectors is ideal)
• Excellent customer service skills (private sector is ideal)
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Business level spoken and written English; proficient in Japanese

Preferred requirements:

• Experience studying or living overseas
• Understanding of hospital/medical administration
