エグゼクティブアシスタント兼オフィスマネージャー/ Executive Assistant & Office Manager
A renowned financial services company is looking for an Executive Assistant & Office Manager. The selected candidate will support senior executives while managing office operations, investor reporting, and stakeholder coordination. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Support investor reporting by preparing and refining Excel-based materials
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics and itineraries
- Oversee daily office operations, including facilities and vendor management
- Prepare and organise reports, presentations, and meeting documents
- Handle expenses, stakeholder communication, CRM updates, and confidential information
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above is ideal
- More than 5 years of experience in executive assistant, office manager, or a relevant administrative role
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Native level Japanese; professional level English
Preferred requirements:
- Background in business development or strategy functions
