カスタマーサービス/ Customer Service
A global paper packaging manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end order processing while ensuring smooth coordination across customers, logistics, and internal teams. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and order-related issues
- Manage end-to-end order cycle from ERP entry to invoicing
- Coordinate shipments and track delivery to ensure timeliness
- Handle customer concerns and resolve delivery-related issues
- Maintain inventory levels aligned with production plans
- Update databases, KPI records, and customer documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Professional level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English
Preferred requirements:
- More than 5 years in customer service within a manufacturing company that operates its own factories
- Experience working in a multinational corporation
- Prior experience with end-to-end order management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration with SCM or production teams
