A global paper packaging manufacturing company is looking for a Customer Service professional. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end order processing while ensuring smooth coordination across customers, logistics, and internal teams. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders, inquiries, and order-related issues
• Manage end-to-end order cycle from ERP entry to invoicing
• Coordinate shipments and track delivery to ensure timeliness
• Handle customer concerns and resolve delivery-related issues
• Maintain inventory levels aligned with production plans
• Update databases, KPI records, and customer documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Professional level Japanese; proficient in reading and written English

Preferred requirements:

• More than 5 years in customer service within a manufacturing company that operates its own factories
• Experience working in a multinational corporation
• Prior experience with end-to-end order management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration with SCM or production teams
