シニアCSスペシャリスト/ Sr. CS Specialist
An international healthcare organisation is seeking a Sr. CS Specialist. The selected candidate will manage order processing, customer service operations, system control, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order processing in collaboration with outsourcing teams to ensure stable operations
- Coordinate with internal departments on product control, shipping restrictions, and backorder support
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders from dealers
- Analyse and improve the efficiency of order processes for capital products
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, regulatory, global planning, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate demand signals
- Propose and implement process improvements to enhance order processing efficiency
- Support smooth product phase-in and phase-out operations
- Drive actions on short UBD, inactive inventory, and minimise cost impact through coordination with business partners
- Resolve customer complaints and identify root causes to prevent recurrence
- Maintain SAP master data related to supply chain operations
- Organise system requirements, submit requests, and conduct testing for SAP enhancements
- Manage and maintain EDI parameters within order conversion systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Support audits by preparing materials and explaining processes including SOX compliance
- Utilise reporting tools such as BO, BW, Power BI, Data Mart, and SAP for reporting
- Initiate continuous improvement activities to enhance service quality, efficiency, and accuracy
- Provide training to team members to improve work quality
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service or related roles
- Experience in order processing, customer service operations, and system management
- Knowledge of SAP systems, EDI processes, and reporting tools
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in SAP CRM, ECC and GTS, Business Objects, Business Warehouse, MS Excel and Access
- Knowledge of VBA macros and Power BI
- Professional level Japanese (TOEIC 700+); business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with additional IT systems and tools such as VBA macros and Power BI
