カスタマーサービスリーダー/ Customer Service Lead
A renowned life science company is looking for a Customer Service Lead. The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end order management, lead customer service operations, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery while resolving complex issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end order process from order intake to final delivery across B2C and B2B channels
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve escalations, inquiries, and complaints
- Coordinate communication during delivery delays, stockouts, and logistics disruptions
- Lead and develop the customer service team, including workload management and training
- Monitor inventory, cold chain products, and logistics risks to ensure service continuity
- Drive process improvements, system accuracy, and cross-functional coordination including finance and IT
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of customer service in manufacturing industry (especially fresh food and perishable products)
- Proficient in SAP (SD module) and SFDC for order management
- Skilled in MS Office Suite
- Fluent level Japanese; business level written and spoken English
