カスタマーソリューションズリード/ Customer Solutions Lead
A global biotechnology research organisation is looking for a Customer Solutions Lead. The selected candidate will drive end-to-end customer implementation, adoption, and value realisation while acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects including planning, stakeholder alignment, and timeline management
- Configure customer environments, support data mapping, and align workflows with quality and monitoring processes
- Deliver training programs, develop Japanese-language materials, and ensure smooth transition to steady state
- Build adoption strategies, track usage metrics, and execute actions to drive retention and expansion
- Act as primary contact for issue resolution, collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Develop playbooks, manage risks, and maintain account reporting while ensuring regulatory compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in customer success, implementation, technical account management or programme delivery for software in complex enterprise environments
- Proficient in MS 365 tools
- Knowledge with Jira, Zendesk, Salesforce and product analytics platforms
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Native level written and spoken Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or environmental monitoring
- Prior experience with enterprise SaaS deployments, data migration and change management
- Knowledge of basic microbiology concepts
