注文管理とカスタマーサービス/ Order Management & Customer Service
A global specialty chemicals company is looking for an Order Management & Customer Service professional. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end order process, customer communication, and support operational efficiency across internal systems.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders, returns, and related transactions in ERP and manual systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot ERP master data and resolve system issues
- Coordinate information between internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Handle import shipment documentation and communication
- Prepare monthly sales reports and necessary invoices
- Support compliance with global policies, audits, and internal controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5-6 years of experience in customer service or SCM
- Knowledge of ERP SAP/ MS System
- Understanding of global order management process/ international trade
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
