オフィスマネージャー/ Office Manager
A global beverage company is looking for a GM, Office, Finance & HR Admin Manager. The selected candidate will manage administrative support, office operations, finance processing, and HR administration to ensure smooth business operations. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the Franchise Director, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and visitor management
- Manage office operations, including reception, building coordination, inventory, and liaising with IT for system support
- Oversee end-to-end finance processes, including invoice validation, voucher preparation, payment tracking, and vendor management
- Handle HR administrative tasks including onboarding, offboarding, HR claims, benefits administration, and system management
- Support internal communications, engagement activities, policy updates, and organisational health surveys
- Act as the key contact for labour-related matters and maintain the employee handbook
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 8 years in administration or office management in FMCG
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and handling confidential matters
- Experience in HR processes, benefits administration, and database management
- Ability to support IT coordination and HR operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; professional level English
