オフィスマネージャー/ Office Manager
An international livestock and agriculture company is seeking an Office Manager. The selected candidate will oversee office administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and compliance support. This is a hybrid setup role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Act as the main point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, employee records, and office policies
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Oversee office budget, invoicing, and communication with accounting teams
- Ensure compliance with Japanese regulations and internal company policies
- Translate and interpret communications between Japanese and English
- Provide administrative support to executive staff
- Manage IT and telecom support with external vendors
- Handle lease agreements, insurance, and legal documentation
- Lead health and safety programs and emergency preparedness
- Assist with major projects during peak periods
- Coordinate internal communications and company announcements
- Improve office workflows and support internal audits
- Organise employee engagement activities
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection policies
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge
- Familiarity with Japanese labour laws and HR practices
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and general IT systems
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Native level Japanese; business level English
