リーガルスペシャリスト/ Legal Specialist

An international mobility solutions company is seeking a Legal Specialist. The selected candidate will manage and execute contracts, negotiate agreements, and handle legal matters with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support in executing R&D and business contracts
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements in English and Japanese
• Manage translations of legal documents between English and Japanese
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters
• Lead or support special local, regional, or global legal projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in law is ideal
• More than 5 years of experience in a corporate legal department
• More than 3 years of experience in reviewing and drafting contracts
• Practical experience working or training outside Japan is a plus
• Prior experience in handling litigations or disputes preferred
• Experience in advising on collaboration projects with other companies is desired
• Business level English and Japanese (TOEIC 900+)
