コンプライアンスマネージャー/ Compliance Manager

A global credit insurance company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Japan, Philippines and South Korea. The selected candidate will lead regional compliance programs, oversee risk controls, and advise on regulatory and ethical standards across multiple markets. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess non-compliance risks at country level
• Develop and enhance compliance control systems and monitor effectiveness
• Implement regional compliance programs and ensure alignment with local regulations
• Advise management on legal, regulatory, and financial crime risks
• Lead compliance training, communication, and awareness initiatives
• Prepare reports, manage audits, and liaise with regulators

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in legal, finance, or business management
• More than 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or a relevant field
• Experience in compliance or legal function
• Prior experience in legal or compliance executive
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Professional level Japanese and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with investigations and regulatory issues
• Knowledge in AML, KYC, Sanctions, personal data, and fraud
• Understanding of process and program design and implementation
• Ability and willingness to travel within the region
