品質・規制コンプライアンスアドバイザー/ Quality & Regulatory Compliance Advisor

A renowned international express transportation company is looking for a Healthcare Quality & Regulatory Compliance Advisor. The selected candidate will drive and support quality and compliance initiatives across healthcare logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement quality policies and procedures aligned with GDP, GCP, and industry standards
• Draft and review SOPs and work instructions for healthcare-related transportation and fulfilment
• Deploy and oversee compliance and quality programs for local teams
• Lead CAPA documentation, implementation, and follow-up
• Develop and manage healthcare quality systems, including eQMS and training
• Plan and execute internal and certification audits across regional operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in pharmacy from a reputable local institute in Singapore
• More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry in a quality related role
• Experience ensuring compliance in accordance to Goods Manufacturing Practise cGMP, Good Clinical Practises cGCP, Goods Distribution Practice (GDP) & ISO13485 for Medical Devices, IATA CEIV Pharma and other local certifications in warehouse & transportation business
• Prior experience performing external and internal audits
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Knowledge of Process Mapping, Six Sigma, Lean Methodology, Agile, or Design Thinking
• Possess valid local pharmacist licence
