A renowned IT services company is hiring a Customer Success Professional. The selected candidate will drive customer engagement through lifecycle support, technical enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, training, escalations, and KPI/SLA tracking
• Deliver portal training and provide system support to clients
• Strengthen client relationships through regular check-ins and data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with Sales and Asset Management to support renewals and identify upsell opportunities
• Align with APAC Customer Success team and implement global initiatives
• Demonstrate strong organisational, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or operations (IT business or relevant domain is ideal)
• Experience in a fast paced, high-volume workplace
• Knowledge of data center operations is preferred (fire suppression, mechanical, electrical)
• Familiarity with of the customer journey, including onboarding, usage promotion, retention, upselling/cross-selling, etc.
• Understanding of contracts (SLA, MSA, NDA, etc.)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in written and verbal Japanese and English
