Sales Head
A renowned food company is looking for a Sales Head. The selected candidate will lead strategic sales initiatives and drive business growth through team leadership, data insights, and market alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales operations in alignment with corporate strategies and market needs
- Develop and implement localised sales strategies based on headquarters’ guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and drive target achievement through strategic insights
- Set direction for revenue growth and brand expansion using a data-driven approach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners
- Collaborate with SCM and support teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or a relevant domain
- More than 10 years of experience in sales
- Experience with major CVS and membership-based warehouse stores
- Prior experience in managing teams
- Knowledge of the Japanese market, food industry trends, and consumer behavior
- Familiarity with the Japanese market, food industry trends, and consumer behavior
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Native level Japanese; business level English or Korean is ideal
