Sales Director
A global telecommunications company is looking for a Sales Director – Japan. The selected candidate will lead the Japan sales organisation, drive strategy, and deliver on growth and performance targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and go-to-market solutions
- Align closely with Marketing to drive lead generation and growth opportunities
- Manage and optimise sales pipeline while expanding existing accounts
- Analyse market trends and client needs to identify growth opportunities
- Set and monitor sales targets in line with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, compliant sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 10 years of experience in sales leadership with management of a sizeable team
- Experience in project-based business development in data center, network, ELV system is ideal
- Understanding of network and ELV system
- Proficient in English
