シニアセールスマネージャー/ Senior Sales Manager
An international IT services company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager, Project Management Services. The selected candidate will drive new business acquisition, build enterprise client relationships, and manage end-to-end sales cycles for PM and PMO service offerings. This is a contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new-logo acquisition and expand business within major enterprise accounts
- Identify, target, and win new clients, particularly within large Japanese enterprises
- Leverage existing relationships with senior IT and business leaders to accelerate sales cycles
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline for PM and PMO services
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Position PM and PMO services aligned with client IT and digital transformation initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and business executives
- Expand networks within enterprise accounts and strengthen stakeholder engagement
- Understand client requirements across application development, IT transformation, and PMO operations
- Translate client needs into structured PM and PMO solutions
- Collaborate with delivery teams to develop commercially viable proposals
- Articulate value propositions including delivery efficiency, governance, and scalability
- Build market presence across banking, manufacturing, automotive, and enterprise IT sectors
- Track market trends in PMO services, IT outsourcing, and transformation initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Experience in selling IT services, preferably PM or PMO or IT consulting services
- Experience in selling to major Japanese enterprises
- Experience in application development and maintenance and IT project lifecycle and PMO frameworks
- Strong network and relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and General Managers
- Strong enterprise sales, relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of Japanese business culture and decision-making processes
- Native level Japanese; business level English
