セールスマネージャー/ Sales Manager
A renowned industrial machinery manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead sales strategy and execution while supporting local teams and distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement short to long-term sales strategies and targets
- Lead and coach regional sales teams and distributors
- Support issue resolution and coordinate with internal departments
- Drive business development and local market optimisation with marketing
- Oversee key account management and maintain client relationships
- Analyse and manage technical and contractual aspects of all projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering is ideal
- More than 10 years of experience in industrial sales within an international manufacturing industry
- More than 5 years of sales management experience
- Experience in Japan HVAC, EPC contractor business
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
