セールスマネージャージャパン/ Sales Manager Japan
A global software company is looking for a Sales Manager for Japan. The selected candidate will lead regional sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional goals
- Manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Build strong client relationships while expanding the existing customer base
- Drive market growth through branding, events, and partner collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and coach the local sales team toward performance targets
- Translate and localise sales-related documents from English to Japanese
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above is ideal
- Experience in achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Prior experience in lead generation, working with decision-makers, and closing deals
- Proven experience in technology, manufacturing, FMCG, or related domain is ideal
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level written and verbal Japanese and English
