シニアセールスマネージャー / Senior Sales Manager
A global software development company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting new leads, driving strategies, and building relationships with customers and prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Define and execute sales strategies to target accounts, industries, or regions
- Schedule and conduct meetings and presentations with prospects
- Create and deliver presentations on company products
- Communicate customer pain points to relevant departments
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects 3x the given targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in business, marketing, communications, or a relevant domain
- More than 10 years of sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Background in Sales application (SFDC or HubSpot)
- Proficient in written and spoken Japanese and English
