営業・事業開発担当/ Sales and Business Development
A global IT company is looking for a Sales and Business Development professional. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth by managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions in collaboration with technical teams. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships through trust and technical insight
- Identify and expand new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customised solutions
- Lead client meetings to align on requirements and expectations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and analyse competitor activities
Requirements:
- Experience in selling engineering services or complex technical solutions
- Skilled in developing new markets systematically (market analysis and target account identification)
- Possess network or demonstrated access to R&D / engineering departments within medical technology, diagnostics, or digital health companies (not limited to procurement)
