A global eCommerce company is looking for a Business Development Manager/Senior Manager/Director. The selected candidate will drive strategic partnerships, category growth, and business expansion through data-driven insights and market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands
• Optimise category selection to enhance business value and meet customer needs
• Support partners in establishing and growing their presence on the platform
• Advise partners on market positioning, product planning, branding, and operations
• Propose and execute strategic projects based on category performance and market trends
• Conduct industry analysis, assess customer needs through data insights, and refine strategies

Requirements:

• More than 15 years of operational experience in brand management or platform operations
• Skilled in market exploration and marketing innovation
• Skilled in guiding overall merchant marketing plans
