事業開発AVP/ Business Development AVP

A global financial services company is looking for an AVP of Business Development. The selected candidate will support aircraft trading transactions, manage client relationships, and pursue new opportunities in the aviation market.

Responsibilities:

• Support aircraft trading transactions by managing documentation and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with legal, technical, and asset management teams to provide timely advice
• Analyse transactions and prepare internal and external reports and summaries
• Liaise with marketing and asset management teams to deliver high-quality asset services
• Build and maintain relationships with airline clients and identify new business opportunities
• Gather market intelligence to uncover new business leads in the aviation sector

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in aircraft leasing companies (JOL/JOLCO arrangers or airlines is ideal)
• Experience with JOL or JOLCO is ideal
• Native level Japanese; business level reading, spoken, and written English
