主要顧客担当マネージャー/ Key Account Manager

A global food industry supplier is looking for a Key Account Manager. The selected candidate will drive customer growth and execute strategic account plans while expanding market presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute expansion strategies for key accounts and new prospects
• Manage existing clients while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities
• Prepare annual budgets and account plans by customer and product segment
• Build strong relationships with end users and wholesalers to optimise engagement
• Identify client needs and implement tailored product and service solutions
• Support sales and marketing initiatives including events, demos, and product launches

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of sales leadership experience
• Experience in food related companies (bakery, confectionery and chocolate is ideal)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience in artisan/wholesalers and semi-industry or industry customers
