キーアカウントマネージャー/ Key Account Manager
An international maritime company is looking for a Key Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth for maintenance solutions products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Drive profitable sales growth from current and new customers within the portfolio
- Contribute to achieving solution area targets in collaboration with the Technical Sales Managers and Business Development Managers
- Develop robust and measurable Sales Activity Plans and deliver on agreed targets
- Build the sales pipeline based on quality opportunities on existing accounts and new business
- Ensure accurate and updated information on own accounts in CRM system
- Foster strong relationships with customers through high-quality face-to-face meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent marine qualification is preferred
- Experience in IT and CRM systems
- Experience in establishing and maintaining win-win relationships with customers (contract and pricing negotiations)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in written and verbal English
